Thank you for visiting the Purple Skunk On-Line Store. Rollin' in San Francisco since '93, we want to bring the joy of shopping directly to you. DISC GOLF - We are proud to announce the arrival or our newest addition to the Skunk. As of February 2009 we offer a wide selection of discs from Innova Discs Golf and customs stamped discs from the San Francisco Disc Golf Club. We strongly encourage you to support the SFDGC who are dedicated to promoting the sport of disc golf and developing a sense of community for disc golfers in San Francisco. SFDGC's dedication and hard work has paid off in the building of the neighborhood's Golden Gate Park Disc Golf Course on JFK @ Marx Meadows (a stones throw from the Skunk). Membership applications are available at the shop. We have now designated a LOST & FOUND area in the shop. Please feel free to drop off any lost disc you may have found or swing by to look for your lost disc. I.D. is required and is based on the honor & good karma system. We advise you to write your name and telephone # on your disc.

SNOWBOARDING - We also provide snowboard rentals for the whole family during the winter season. Yes, that means we have equipment for the little shredders with the smallest snowboard boot available in size 11 kids! Our rental fee is $50.00 for board, boot and binding for 4 days. We offer a great snowboard rental package if you plan to visit Kirkwood in South Lake Tahoe. We call it our "SKUNKWOOD" package. Kirkwood lift tickets are sold at the shop for $59.00. BUT, if you buy 1 lift ticket, your rental goes down to $25.00 for 4 days. If you buy 2 lift tickets, your rental is FREE! This offer is per person.

ALL PRODUCTS WILL SHIP WITHIN 24 - 48 HOURS. ORDERS RECEIVED OVER THE WEEKEND WILL SHIP ON OUR NEXT BUSINESS DAY. IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL OR BY PHONE. ALL PRICES ARE WEB PRICES ONLY, IN STORE PRICING DIFFERS.

You must be 18 or older to purchase. Please have your parents verify and approve before you place an order. Minimum Online Order Must Be $15.

*GUARANTEE
We guarantee that every product we sell on our store is first quality and new. We will not sell used or defective products. All products will be inspected before shipping.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please contact us at info@purpleskunk.com for international orders. Please provide your address so we may reply with your shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

*ORDER PROCESSING
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards, and PayPal. Sorry no personal checks.

*SHIPPING & HANDLING
**When placing your order please note which method of shipping you would like to use in the comment field. (Ex:Ground, 2 day air,3 day select)
Your order will be shipped via UPS which takes 2 - 7 business days depending on shipping method. Our UPS options are Ground, 3 Day Select, or 2nd Day Air. Rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Shipments over 50 Lbs. and/or are oversized will be charged extra freight. We will email you shipping charges with your UPS tracking number. If you would like 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air, we will email you the rate. UPS will NOT deliver to any P.O. Boxes.

*YOUR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED for UPS deliveries and is the "proof of delivery" that we will need instead of signing a credit card receipt. If you are using your parent's credit card, they must sign for delivery.
If the package is undeliverable or refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping charges are calculated by UPS or USPS online and are based on shipping within the 48 contiguous states. If your address is outside this area your shipping charges will be recalculated. See International Shipping

*SALES TAX
If your order is being shipped outside of California, no sales tax will be added to your total. If your order is being shipped within California, we are required to charge 8.50% sales tax (FOB San Francisco, California).

*WARRANTIES
Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you find a defect within the warranty period, you can return the product directly to the manufacturer. If you are having trouble locating the manufacturer, email us or call us and we will do our best to service you. Just remember to keep your receipt(s) and, if a warranty card comes with your product, be sure to send it to the manufacturer as soon as you can.

*RETURNS
SALES OR CLOSEOUT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Non-sales items THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED can be returned for an exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds to credit cards.
To return a product, you must email us WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT, to request a return authorization number (RA). In your email, we need the following information:

1. In the subject of your email, please type REQUEST FOR RA.
2. Your full name as you typed on your order form.
3. Your phone number with area code.
4. The date you received delivery of your product.
5. The reason why you want to return the product.

Once we receive your REQUEST FOR RA email, we will reply with a RA number. You must RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS of the RA issue date with the RA number clearly written with a bold marker on the outside of the package. You must also pre-pay shipping charges and enclose a copy of the receipt. The value of the return will be based on the value of the product and sales tax (if applicable). You will not receive credit for any shipping charges.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RA NUMBER AND WILL BE REFUSED.
There is a 15% service charge for all returns.

*DISCLAIMERS, ERRORS, & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to refuse any orders at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of credit card fraud. We also reserve the right to make substitutions in cases we see fit.
A product's actual color or graphic may vary from the pictured example. In most cases, product information is taken, in whole or in part, from manufacturer's published material. We make every effort to make sure all information that appears on our website is true and accurate. However, if a mistake is made, we reserve the right to refuse any orders at any time for any reason.

*LIABILITY
The board sports we support can be dangerous. We highly recommend that YOU WEAR PROTECTIVE GEAR AT ALL TIMES. We are not responsible for any injuries. Please know your limit and the limit of your equipment. By accepting the delivery of product(s) from Purple Skunk, you agree to hold Purple Skunk not liable for any injuries that may occur from the use of items sold on this site.

*CREDIT CARD FRAUD
For your protection, as well as ours, we will screen for credit card fraud. If we suspect fraud, we will turn all information over to the local/state/federal authorities.



We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and will post any changes to this policy on their effective date.
